A mix of technique and improvisational work, with influences from Horton, Limón, Gaga and Release. Classes combine floor work and somatic practices for softness and grounding structured elements for whole body training, strength and vitality, and exploratory and embodied imagery work, to help dancers find and express their own movement language.
